Terms and Conditions

You have the right to return your item within 14 working days from the day after you receive it. Products returned for refund must be in the condition they were in when they were delivered and in their original packaging.  Where goods have been damaged in transit you should notify us of this fact within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Please return your order within 7 working days. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer 

The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

As we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching our warehouse. Your refund will be processed via your selected payment method at time of order (credit/debit card). Please allow 2-3 working days to show up on your card statement. We will email to confirm when this has been done.
